License Usage

Purchasing SnappyNotes provides you with a license to install and use the app on up to 5 devices you personally own. This license is for personal use only and cannot be shared or distributed to others.

Sharing or publicly distributing your license may result in its deactivation without a refund.

Payments

Payments for SnappyNotes are processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Only necessary details, such as your email and name, are retained to manage your license.

Refunds are only applicable for failed payments which are automatically handled by Stripe. User's who have received their license are usually not applicable for refunds, hence why we offer a 7-day free trial before committing to a purchase to ensure users are satisfied with the app and its features, before purchasing. If you encounter issues with your purchase, please contact us at support@appverge.net.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from tampering with SnappyNotes' code, bypassing license verification, or redistributing the software. Any unauthorized activity may result in termination of your license and potential legal action if necessary.

Reporting Issues

We strive to provide a reliable and high-quality app. However, if you encounter any issues, please notify us at support@appverge.net, and we will work to address the problem promptly.

Limitation of Liability

While we aim to ensure SnappyNotes operates smoothly, unforeseen issues may occur. We are not liable for any data loss, device malfunctions, or other problems resulting from your use of SnappyNotes.
